1. About eCalled

eCalled (ecalled.com) is a free, play-money prediction platform. Users make YES/NO predictions on real-world events for entertainment and bragging rights only. No real money is wagered, won, or lost on eCalled.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use eCalled. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We use magic link email authentication — keep your email account secure. You may not create accounts for others or impersonate any person.

4. User content

Predictions you create must be genuine YES/NO questions about real-world events. You may not post content that is defamatory, hateful, illegal, or designed to mislead. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these guidelines.

5. No financial value

Called It badges, accuracy scores, and leaderboard rankings have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, goods, or services. eCalled is a game, not a financial product.

6. Oracle AI

Oracle AI is an automated bot powered by a third-party AI service. Its votes and reasoning are generated algorithmically and do not constitute financial, legal, or any other professional advice. Oracle AI may be wrong — that's part of the fun.

7. Prediction resolution

Predictions are resolved by their creator or platform admins based on publicly available information. We aim to be fair and timely but cannot guarantee resolutions within any specific timeframe.

8. Availability

We provide eCalled on an as-is basis. We may update, change, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of eCalled after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
